I got the new "Ladies' #1 Detective Agency" audiobook for Solstice. I've read every book in the series, in order.
I will be donating the book to the library after I've listened to it a few times.
Right now I'm reading "Dracula". It's a tough read and it's taking me a long time.

I tried reading Dracula once, but after maybe five chapters I gave up. Too slow-moving and dark for me. I like the movie adaptations better it seems; words I'd never thought I'd say, haha.

I'm currently reading Linda Thompson : The Plum Blooms in Winter: Inspired by a Gripping True Story from World War II's Daring Doolittle Raid (Brands from the Burning) and I am enjoying it immensely. Great clean WWII historical fiction; I highly recommend it.

It took me about 2 months to read "Dracula. It was good at first. Action about whats-his-face going to the Counts house and all that. But after that, it got really slow. And soap opera-ish. I know this was written in the late 1800's, but no one ever talked the way they talk in that book.

I usually love books from the 1800's, so I don't think that the age of the book has much to do with why I didn't like it much. I just didn't think it was all it's cracked up to be, I guess.

Currently reading residential roof replacement articles online. I've been thinking of hiring a company here in Bridgeport to replace the roof of our home.

I've been reading Tik Tok by Dean Koontz. I've been loving it! It's just the right amount of scary for me. I've been passing it around my friends in Castle hill but once I'm finished I'm probably going to post it on here.

Even though I tend to favor works published in the 1800s, I didn't find this one to be really enjoyable. I just didn't believe it was as great as everyone makes it up to be.

For me, Gabrielle Bell's "When I'm Old And Other Stories" captivated me with its poignant illustrations and deeply relatable tales, making it a compelling and thought-provoking read that resonated with me long after I turned the last page. Anyone would like to sell my house fast charlotte?

Gabrielle Bell's "When I'm Old And Other Stories" is a good collection of comics due to the author's ability to infuse her stories with a blend of humor, vulnerability, and insight that is both relatable and emotionally resonant. Please see our business at Kitchen Renovations Edmonton
