Hello, I sent a book to a requester, and the book was received according to tracking. But they have not marked it received even though I sent a reminder. Is there a way for me to mark it as received?
If you've sent the reminder, in 6 weeks a button will show up next to the transaction saying "force receive". Unfortunately, there isn't a faster way to do it. Caveat- don't hit remind again, or the 6 weeks will restart.
