		Book title: Better Homes and Gardens New Patchwork and Quilting Book Book author: Better Homes and Gardens Books Condition: Minimal shelfwear on edges, normal corner bumps. Pages: intact, no rips/tears, no dog-ears. One 1/8" mark/stain on inside front cover, a few on inside back cover and a couple on inside back page. No other apparent marks on pages. NOTE: although my books and I share a home with a smoker and 2 dogs, this was recently purchased at a library sale. Book will be stored until mooched to minimize exposure to odors/allergens. But don't know anything about book's prior environment and can't guarantee it won't have any smoke odor.
