Another Valkyrie [Kaderin the Cold Hearted] meets up with another Wroth brother [Nikolai Wroth and Myst the Coveted were the h/h in The Warlord Wants Forever]. Sebastian recognizes Kaderin as his fate; now...if fate would only be so kind as to cooperate. The author has come up with a great action format - a world wide competition to acquire certain objects under the auspices of a goddess. Kaderin is competing because she has for the last 500 years [and won them all] and because the prize will allow her to go back in time and save her family. Sebastian only wants to help her but ends up competing for the goddess herself.Great read - lots of action - some of it between the sheets. Fair warning - there's enough mythological terminology that the author included a glossary in the back. Another series where order is very important...
