Sarah (USA: MA) (2007/12/30): What a funny question: did you like this book, hate this book???? I loved and hated it. It was one of the most moving reads I've experienced and it ripped my heart out (gee, maybe that's why it was so moving, eh?)I read this book years ago for a Women's Lit. course in college. I had just had a baby girl and would read it as she lay on my chest, sleeping. At the culmination, a point I won't divulge, I lay there sobbing and hoping not to wake my child. This is lit.
CorrieG (Canada) (2009/11/02): It's been awhile since I actually read this book but I remember it as a brutal, but really great, read. Not sure how much help this review is. :)
