jaurbik (USA: NY) (2008/11/21): This book did NOT pull me into the story, and I can not even say it was a fun read. I felt like I was slogging though mud to get though this book. nox (Netherlands) (2009/02/26): You know those cheap romance books you can buy at the supermarket? Combine it whith a little urban fantasy and you get this. If you want to read a love story whith a lot of sex (really a lot) and some vampires, elfs and werewolves, this is your book. Positiv points for this book: the writer did finish her writingschool, although not best of class, and she did try to make the main character a kick-ass woman (but failed completely). At the very end, there is some action, and those few pages were the best of the whole book in my opinion. After like ten times having read about her getting damp and his rock hard shaft I could only think 'oh please, somebody save me from this book'. What also irritated me, was that everyone in the book is beautiful. No ugly persons. Normaly I like urban fantasy, but this book is just not good enough.
