Allie (USA: AL) (2011/06/19): What a super book!!! It is a thrilling testament to human being's will to survive and endure the harshest and deadliest conditions. I stayed up all night to finish it because I just had to know how it ended. I admit, I don't understand the need to climb a huge mountain just because it is there and you want to set a record. That is just not my thing. But this book was gripping and so sad and touching.
