-> INTERNATIONAL USERS: Please ask me for shipping as I’ve never shipped outside of Italy since I created my BookMooch account. I’m trying to search for some site that can ship basically anywhere without be freaking expensive. Also feel free to ask me for pictures that show books conditions and for every little detail that you might want to know.
I don't smoke but I have a cat, so please be aware of that. Thank you for your understanding. *SHIPPING TIME AND OTHER INFOS REGARDING PACKETS* As I have classes at uni, I don't have a specific day of the week in which I can go to the post office, so it all depends on my schedule during the week. As I always do for national shipping, I will inform you as soon as I can after going out from the post office. Also be aware that Italian Post policies regarding shippings past 12:30am set that my packages are going to be processed on the next day. Please keep in mind this too for shipping and delivery time.
Also, since I’m going to add in my BookMooch inventory more non Italian books in the future as I read them, I’m also going to find other options less expensive that Italian Post (for me) and more efficient and (hopefully!) faster for International users.

*TEMPISTICHE PER LE SPEDIZIONI ED INFORMAZIONI AGGIUNTIVE RIGUARDANTI I PACCHI* Data la frequenza obbligatoria dei corsi in università, le mie visite presso l'ufficio postale saranno abbastanza discontinue ed improvvisate. Farò del mio meglio per spedire i libri prima delle 12:30, orario limite imposto dalle Poste Italiane per poter processare il pacco in giornata. Tenete anche questo particolare in considerazione per le tempistiche della consegna.
Non sono una fumatrice ma in casa ho un gatto curioso ed amante della lettura, perciò tenete conto di questa eventualità qualora aveste allergie o problematiche relative al pelo animale. Cerco, nei limiti delle mie disponibilità in materia di buste imbottite, di usare buste sufficientemente grandi per i libri, evitando di usarne di eccessivamente ingombranti, dato che parto dal presupposto che gli altri utenti, come me, abbiano cassette postali di modeste dimensioni e che non siano sempre a casa ad aspettare il postino onde evitare che questi lasci a portata di mano dei passanti le buste.

Ciao! Cerco di tenere il più aggiornato possibile il mio inventario, cercando anche di fornire alcune brevi descrizioni riguardanti lo stato dei libri. Dato che sono una accumulatrice compulsiva di libri, da anni ho iniziato a basare i miei acquisti nella quasi totalità dei casi sulle offerte e nel mio Tempio: il Libraccio. Capiterà infatti che la stragrande maggioranza dei libri nel mio inventario siano stati acquistati online tramite IBS - usati o fortemente scontati con eventuali pagine ingiallite - o direttamente nel negozio fisico del Libraccio, motivo per cui non sto più apponendo la dicitura “libro usato” ad ogni aggiunta. Nel caso siate contrari o abbiate qualche perplessità, chiedetemi pure conferma tramite il form, così come per tutte le informazioni che possiate desiderare.
Cerco sempre di trattare i libri con la massima cura anche durante la lettura e da poco ho introdotto in via sperimentale una ulteriore protezione per i libri che spedisco riciclando dei sacchetti di plastica chiusi con un pezzetto di scotch e spero che si riveli funzionale allo scopo. Altra considerazione importante da fare: date le modeste entrate della famiglia spedisco solo con piego di libri ordinario, perciò confido nel fatto che, grazie anche ai feedback positivi che ho ricevuto, sappiate che sono una persona seria. P.S. Da qualche tempo ho deciso di prendere parte all'iniziativa lanciata da BookCrossing, per cui troverete sempre un foglietto o un'etichetta con il codice di rilascio del libro. (EN) Hi everyone! I try to keep my inventory as updated as I possibly can, adding notes regarding books status. Since I’m a bookaholic, over the years I decided to base an high percentage of my purchases on huge discounts and on used books bought in my Holy Sanctuary, an Italian bookstore located in various parts of the peninsula. In fact, tons of books in my inventory are second-hand titles bought from online stores with huge discounts or in my Sanctuary, so that’s why I don’t add anymore the note “used” when I add new books. In case you’re against it or you just simply want to clarify some doubts of yours, ask me freely in the form; also, feel free to ask for everything else you want to know regarding my books.
I also try to handle my books with care during reading and even after that, so that I decided to do a little experiment putting my books in a small plastic bag that I don’t use anymore with a little piece of scotch to seal it. P.S: I have recently took part in the initiative promoted by BookCrossing; so bear in mind that I'm going to send to you books with a label with a code so you can consult it on www.bookcrossing.com
