Status message:
Hi! Feel free to mooch from me but I may not always be able to send the book right away. Work has been a very demanding master of late. I usually get around to sending books no longer than two weeks after the mooch request.

I can also combine shipping with Art Seblis. So just include a note if you're also mooching from her.

I am willing to send overseas through surface mail. Please bear in mind that it may take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months for this to arrive.

My absolute favorite book is "The Secret History" by Donna Tartt. That said, you probably won't find it in my BookMooch inventory. I love it so much I can't bear to part with my 2 copies. I have my "show" copy, a paperback whose mint condition makes it stick out like a shiny penny in my collection. The other one is a well-worn trade book that I have run roughshod taking everywhere. It has been camping, to the beach, in the bath, left in a locker for six months and left outside in the rain where its pages have warped but thankfully rescued soon enough before the pages got stuck together. Oddly enough, all the wear just made it much more comfortable. I don't worry about crumpling its pages, rolling over it in my sleep, or ruining it anymore. It's surprisingly resilient, in an "I've-seen-fire-(figuratively)-and-I've-seen-rain-(literally)" kind of way.

So now that that's settled, I'd just like to mention that I'm not the most careful person so a lot of my inventory is not in mint or perfect condition. I do have some in passable and near-new condition but it would be safe to assume that they'd be in varying stages of wear. If the condition of the book is important to you, please email me before mooching.
