Status message:
I generally manage to send books out within the week. Nearly all of my books are second-hand, (or more) even when they get to me, so you're not going to get (generally) brand-new looking books. Usually I'll be more specific in the condition notes, but if I haven't gotten around to it, or if I've forgotten, assume you're getting a book with lines down the spine and a few dog-eared pages.

Also, I have two cats, so if you're hideously allergic, you might want to mooch from someone else. Nobody in my house smokes, but I can't guarantee that these books haven't passed through smokers' hands before they got to me.

As for international shipping: I'll almost always send to Canada or Mexico. Other than that, and I realize this is unfair, it entirely depends on my mood (do I want to spend time in the post office filling out customs forms this week?) and the level of my bank account. Guilt is a powerful tool, though, so if you send me a nice personalized note, I'm more likely to ship overseas to you.
