Status message:
Generally speaking, I will send out books second class post within the UK and surface to non-EU countries. Since there's very little difference in price between surface and air mail between EU countries, I will send it the quicker route if you live in another European country.
Surface is by ship or road and varies considerably depending on where you live - up to three months to Australia, for example, but only one to three weeks to the eastern seaboard of the USA. If you're cool with this, mooch from me!
