I'm usually willing to send anywhere in the world. Mooches from people who send books outside their home country will always be accepted. We are a non-smoking home with no pets. Most of my books will be sent to moochers via surface mail (2nd class), especially outside Europe.

Hi!

I'm 30 years old married woman and work in environmental research. I read a lot and occasionally I have to make room for new books. The English language books (and many Finnish paperbacks) I cannot keep go to Bookmooch and will hopefully find new homes.

We are a non-smoking home and I add a description of the condition of the book to every entry I make. Most of my books will be sent to moochers via surface mail (2nd class), especially outside Europe. According to the Finnish Post, the estimated arrival times for second class mail are: Nordic countries 3 to 8 days, Europe 5 to 8 days, rest of the world 7 to 30 days, for first class mail: Nordic countries 2 to 5 days, Europe 3 to 7 days, rest of the world 6 to 14 days. Days mean working days (exclude both Saturday and Sunday). I use padded envelopes or boxes for shipping but may also get creative with cardboard, paper and packaging tape. In every case, I'll try to make sure you'll receive the book in the condition promised.
