Status message:
I try to reply to all mooches within 72 hours and will keep you updated if there is a delay. My cancellations are due to my mooch request not being acknowledged or the owner not sending out the book. I am patient - I do wait approx 6 weeks before cancelling, and I always send a reminder after 2 - 3 weeks. Any rejected requests from book owners are due to them no longer having the book. I post my books once a month usually around the 27th or 28th. I normally send them by 2nd class mail also due to cost. Overseas Moochers: I am really sorry but due to soaring postage costs I can no longer afford to send books overseas. Most of my books have had one very careful owner (me or my family) and have been very well looked after. They show the usual creased spines and a few pages turned over. Anything other than that will be added to the "condition" field. Any previously mooched books will be updated via the condition field. Bio:
My book of choice would be a good girlie book - Jackie Collins, The Bagshawe sister's etc. My other half on the other hand loves historical fiction and treasure hunting novels. There should be something for everyone in my inventory!!! I am constantly adding to my inventory, so please visit regularly!! |
