I've always preferred to pick up a book than switch on the TV. I don't have much free time at the moment, so lately I've been getting more out of short stories than novels. My inventory consists of books that I've bought new and second-hand, been given, inherited, rescued, picked up on FreeCycle and so on, and I also mooch for friends & family.
