My rules for mooching are quite simple:

If you are willing to send books outside of your country I will send books to you.

If you won't send books outside of your country or you are demanding unreasonable concessions to send books then don't ask me to send you books and if you do I will reject your request.

I'm not trying to be an ass - I've just seen too many people who believe they should get special treatment and create their own rules.
