I WILL ONLY SEND BOOKS TO THE US, CANADA, AND MEXICO. DO NOT BOTHER ASKING IF YOU ARE NOT ON THE NORTH AMERICAN CONTINENT. I start school in mid to late august, so I will send out by then. If you're a registered bookmooch charity, I will send you 3 books for one point (send me an email separate from the mooch). If I have extra points, I may refund points for single mooches and/or donate to you. I am no longer sending out books in envelopes; I am using up a roll of very ugly hamburger wrapping paper that I found in my closet. All the envelopes that I've received are in a box in my room, and I'm willing to send them to you if you want them; just tell me if you want some and I'll post them as a mooch (they're annoying to wrap, so I won't give them away) I appreciate multimooches. If you're from the US, I'll charity back one point for every 5 books you get from me. (two for every 9 books).
If you're from another country and you want multiple books, I'll charity back one points for every two books you get. (you'll have to remind me when you get your books) I'm open to all suggestions and wont put you down for making a crazy one. Well, not so you'd hear about it, anyhow. I'm looking for non-romantic urban/contemporary fantasy and nonromantic vampire/werewolf-type fantasy books (dresden files?). I am possibly willing to give up extra points for them, if I haven't read them before. A little bit of romance in the book is OK, but I don't want any of those undead and unwed books. My books come from library bookstore, scholastic book clubs, and used book sales. They can be in any condition, from falling apart to brand new. Some of them may be withdrawn library books (if you care about this, include a note in your request). Eventually I will try to start marking the condition when I put them in.
Speed of sending books is NOT a priority unless specifically requested; go ahead and send me things the cheapest way possible. Take as long as you want before sending it; though I may send you a remind or two, I won't cancel unless it takes you several months to send.
Books weighing more than 7oz are sent media mail.
I will send books overseas. If you are requesting a book from overseas, I am happy to send it to you, but with my limited budget, it will be sent the cheapest way possible, as well as last (if I have other books to send, I will send them first--email me if this is a problem or you are on a schedule) I do not send out very often. Left to my own devices, it may be as long as 8 weeks before I send out (or however long it takes for enough mooch requests to pile up that I get tired of seeing them). If this is not OK with you, either tell me you want your book fast, or don't mooch from me (I will try to send faster on request). I do try to read my email every day, but I don't always respond immediately. If you want a fast response, say so. If you prefix the subject with BOOKMOOCH:, your message will be tagged.
